Biography
"Patrick Alwyn, a London-bred actor, who found an early calling in local youth theatre which has taken him on to perform at the National Theatre in his hometown, and off-Broadway in New York City, where he currently is based. His transatlantic journey led him to refine his craft at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and with the Atlantic Theatre Company, enriching his skills with diverse perspectives in both technique and environment.
From his commanding portrayal of Hamlet at 'The Flea', to originating pulitzer-nominee Lee Blessing’s most recent work 'Las Cruces,' Alwyn brings a rare blend of depth and authenticity to the stage. With each performance, he invites audiences into worlds both familiar and fantastical. With his innate curiosity and passion for discovery, Alwyn explores what lays at the questions he encounters, with an empathy captivating audiences on both sides of the Atlantic."
